Return Policy

BirdFeedersRus maintains a policy that you may return any Birdfeeders or Birdhouses you are dissatisfied with within 30 days of purchase, for a full refund, minus shipping. We would prefer that you come visit us again as a happy customer, knowing that if you're not satisfied with whatever you purchase from us, that you can return it and get your money back. Please contact us for information on returning a product prior to doing so.

Back Order Policy

BirdFeedersRus purchasing department is second to none in the industry. Our systems control back orders and keep them to a minimum for your convenience. Customer satisfaction is our primary goal. If an item you purchased is backordered, we will contact you with further instructions.

Shipping Policy

BirdFeedersRus will ship most items within 2 to 15 business days. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer.

Damaged Goods Policy

BirdFeedersRus request that you contact the package carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) and file a claim using the package tracking number. All claims must be filed with the carrier.
